Abstract
The paper elaborates on CALIS（China Academic Library & Information System）digital library construction projects including CALIS higher education digital library technical system and services comprehensively, makes a specific analysis on management of Dissertation Database construction in college digital library，and presents service regulation of CALIS act as academic education public service system to reduce service cost and extend scope of free services, enhance thoughts of ‘Exchange service by contribution’ to promote member libraries’ participation into China Academic Library projects resource construction. Academic Digital Library should serve for college education, scientific/ technical research and development, serve for local economy, enterprise innovation and society development etc.. The Information Construction and Service of Dissertation Databases in CALIS Academic Digital Library project could also comprise an important component of information economy industry. It is likely a kind of Optimization for science & research Data and Data Mining for Big Data. When Dissertation Databases Information Construction and Service associate with Data Analytics, the research seemed lead to a new discipline specialty which mainly at Master’s Degree Level as ScienceTechnology Information Services Construction’s Research.
